Weinberg helps to increase the low supply level on the warehouse market

Topping out ceremony of the 13 thousand square metre warehouse already took place

Big Box Hall E-F of the Airport City Logistics Park in Vecsés, just east of Budapest, has been achieved to its highest point. Thus the investor, CPI Property Group organised the topping out of the building started by Weinberg ’93 Ltd. in the early summer of last year and due to be handed over before the end of Q1 2019.

The Vecsés logistics complex has already been operating here for 10 years. Following handover of this project, they will supply to their clients some 55 th sqm of warehouse and office surfaces. Presently 95% of existing surfaces are rented out. As has been the case in previous development phases, the interior height of the present extension is of a convenient 11 metres, next to basic services at a high standard.

CPI Hungary’s development goal is to react in time – in spite of the lack of capacity in the building industry due to the present boom – to both the low supply level in the warehouse market and the successes of Airport City. Upon the topping out ceremony the following persons addressed the guests: Mr Csaba Szlahó mayor of Vecsés, and from CPI Hungary, Mr Iván Nagy (development manager), Mr. Gábor Soóki Tóth (senior analyst and logistics expert), and Mr András Bodahelyi (sales manager of the logistics park).
